Using the website
You may use the publicly available tools for personal estimates, learning, and ordinary reference. Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or website operation.
If you do not agree with these terms, discontinue use. The terms do not create a service relationship with a water provider and do not change any contract you have with that provider.
Educational estimates
Calculators apply the inputs and rules explained on their pages. They do not access utility accounts or determine actual amounts owed. A result may omit fees, allowances, discounts, taxes, adjustments, or rules outside the tool’s scope.
You are responsible for checking your provider, customer type, billing dates, rate units, and relevant source material. A source link does not guarantee that the source has not changed since the page was checked.
Acceptable conduct
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload harmful code, probe accounts, interfere with security controls, or disrupt the service. Do not impersonate the website or a utility, send fraudulent reports, or use the site to mislead others.
Automated access must not impose excessive load or bypass access restrictions. Permission to view a page does not grant permission to copy the entire website, redistribute its code, or create a misleading duplicate service.
Content and intellectual property
Site text, code, design, and other original materials may be protected by copyright. Utility names, official documents, and third-party materials retain their respective rights. Ownership of a calculator does not give the site ownership over facts or published utility rates.
You may link to our pages and use brief quotations where allowed by applicable law, with clear attribution. For broader republication or code reuse, request permission at contact@waterbillcalc.com. Statutory rights and lawful exceptions remain unaffected.
Messages and submissions
Send only information you are authorized to share. Do not provide confidential third-party documents or sensitive account details. We may use a reported issue or public source to investigate and improve the website.
Sending a correction does not automatically transfer ownership of your work, make you a published author, or authorize publication of your identifying information. Correspondence is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
External links and availability
Links to utilities and other resources are provided for reference. We do not control their content, security, accessibility, or information handling. Check the destination before providing personal information or paying a bill.
We may update, remove, or temporarily suspend a calculator or page. We do not promise continuous availability, compatibility with every browser, or preservation of every previous version.
Limits and applicable rights
