Rates and calculation method
The water table includes the $0.21 TCEQ charge. At 1,000, 2,000, and 3,000 gallons, water totals are $10.41, $12.38, and $14.35. At 4,000 gallons the conservation credit no longer applies: water is $44.82.
Further water rates per 1,000 gallons are $9.09 through 6,000, $12.54 through 12,000, $15.82 through 20,000, then $20.20. Wastewater has a $16.88 base, $7.77 per 1,000 for the first 3,000, and $15.20 thereafter.
The official 7,000-gallon example totals $176.53 before drainage.

Why might my actual bill differ?
This excludes drainage unless entered, fractional billed units, other meter sizes, apartments, commercial accounts, credits, and account-specific adjustments. Bills crossing a rate change need separate calculations. Your provider’s rounding and adjustments may differ.
Can I pay my bill here?
No. This is an independent estimating tool. Use your utility’s official website for payments and account questions.
